Types of common incidents that may be documented on a Citizen's Report include, but are not limited to:

Upon completion, the report must be printed and submitted to Union Police Headquarters (981 Caldwell Avenue). Reports will not be accepted via electronic means (i.e fax, email, etc.). An Officer will review your report, collect any additional information required, assign a case number, and provide you with a copy of your report.
While not recommended, reports may be submitted via mail. A report submitted in this manner may not be accepted if insufficient information is provided, causing a delay in your report. In some cases, a report may be rejected, requiring a new report to be submitted.
